FOUNDATIONS & SUBSTRUCTURES
A building's strength begins with its foundation, and we ensure that this critical element is executed with precision and excellence. Our foundation and substructure services include:
Excavation, grading, and soil stabilization: Before construction begins, we perform detailed site preparation, including excavation to remove unwanted materials, grading to achieve the correct elevation, and soil stabilization to prevent settlement or ground movement. We employ advanced geotechnical techniques to reinforce weak soils, ensuring long-term structural stability.
Deep foundations, including piles and raft foundations: When dealing with heavy structures or weak soil conditions, we implement deep foundation solutions such as driven piles, bored piles, or drilled shafts to transfer structural loads to deeper, more stable soil layers. Raft foundations (mat foundations) are used for large buildings to evenly distribute weight and prevent differential settlement.
Reinforced concrete basements and retaining walls: Our expertise extends to the construction of waterproof and reinforced concrete basements, providing underground storage, parking, and functional spaces.
SUPERSTRUCTURE & FRAME CONSTRUCTION
Cast-in-place reinforced concrete and steel structures: For maximum strength and durability, we construct reinforced concrete frames using in-situ (cast-in-place) methods. We construct high-strength masonry walls that support structural loads without requiring a reinforced concrete or steel framework.
